• 1/ Arrangements for the donations must be made prior to the signing of your purchase or sale agreement.

• 2/ The Charity or Institute must provide a registered tax receipt to Kathy Clulow.

• 3/ The amount donated will be 5% (to a maximum of $500.00) of the gross Commissions received by Kathy

• 4/ No donations will be made on sales or purchases of newly constructed units where flat fee commissions are paid

• 5/ No donations will be made on referral fees.
